Processing
If you wish to return or replace a product for any reason, please apply for a return/replacement within the specified timeline. Once approved, our team will share product options via email for you to choose from.
Condition
- The product must be in the same condition as received at the time of delivery.
- Replacement can be claimed only once per order.
Requirements
To process your request, please provide:
- Images of all sides of the package, including label images, to confirm the product was purchased through Aghira.in
- Images of the product box and contents as received
- A brief explanation of the issue prompting the return or replacement
Shipping
- Pack the item securely using bubble wrap or similar protection
- Share package images via email before handing it over to the pickup courier
- Ensure packaging is safe and intact for transit
Timeline
- Return/replacement requests must be submitted within 5 working days of receiving the product
- Our team will verify the application before proceeding
